I want to know the helping site or email address of yahoo services to which i can contact in case of problem?

Actually i have recieved an email rthoward@houston.rr.com informing my winning in the UK NATIONAL LOTTERY HEADQUARTERS which says that they pick up email addresses randomly by software powered by internet.

whether it is a prank or a genuine site?

It's a prank -- more accurately, a scam. The UK National Lottery doesn't run any email lotteries, and you can't win the UK National Lottery unless you live in the UK and bought a ticket. See their web site for more information...
