No, there really isn't. Unless people post their emails on this 'site' you're probably not going to find anyone's email address.
And who's to say that this girl somehow found this site, out of a million other sites, and posted her email on it?
The internet is like the world, there's a billion places and a billion things on it.
If you know her then the next time you see her you should ask her for her email address, phone number, or anything else she may have, or you need to tell her in person.
