Writing an email to a site to ask about my order and the shipping time?

Yesterday I ordered a prom dress and now I want to send an email asking how long it'll take, and some other questions. So, how should I start the email as I know nothing about who will read it etc. ? So how should I start..? Help! Thanks.

Writing an email to a site to ask about my order and the shipping time?
Dear Sir or Madam:

OR

That's why they invented the phrase To Whom It May Concern.

Don't be afraid to use it.

The alternative for email is not to use an opening at all. Just launch right into your request. Emails are different from letters and don't always need all the formal stuff.
Reply:I would use "Dear Sir or Madam" or "To Whom It May Concern," either is a good opening. I would just ask what you need to know, including any order # you have from your receipt, and ask them, if they do not know the answer to please forward to somebody who can get back to you about the matter.
Reply:Hey I bought Aprom dress fomr you guy and I was wondering how long It will take to get here..
